The hotel located right by the river and its bridge view is amazing, especially in the night. the staff at the reception is very friendly and they provide quick check-in services. there are ample power outlets in the room, which is very convenient when you have multiple electronics to charge.
The entrance to the hotel is not easily noticeable and it can be a bit confusing to get to. the pool area and restaurant are not very inviting and lack creativity in design.

I loved the clean and modern design of the hotel with a fantastic view overlooking the river. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. the location could not have been better, as I was just a short walk away from the biggest mall in the city and some lovely cafes. Being so close to the Mahakam bridge made it easy to travel around the city.

This place offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. We were impressed by the modern design of the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a Scandinavian youth hostel charm with clear structures and no ornaments. The staff at the reception were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the river. It's just a couple of minutes walk to a big mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning were available for added convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great view and location, although the hotel is quite old. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The breakfast offers several choices, including local delicacies. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are old and outdated. The air conditioner was not working properly and the room was too stuffy.

Located near the biggest mall and just by the Mahakam bridge, this comfortable hotel offers guests a pleasant stay. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the friendly staff provide good service. the breakfast is varied and offers fresh fruit and Indonesian cakes. There is also a gym and a Harris Cafe, providing a convenient dining option. some rooms come with a city view.
The pool and restaurant lack creativity and may not be inviting.
